What We Know

We know that we have been swamped with technology dealings and have not had the opportunity to update sports happenings in a while.

We know that the ECHS Lady Mariners hoops squad won the conference and have a first-round bye in the conference tournament at Dixon.

We know that the strong WCHS Patriots basketball team plays New Bern in the opening round of their conference play. Remember “The Shot“?

We know that the Croatan Cougar Mat (not Bottoms) Squad pinned another conference title and will host the regionals.

We know that the Morehead Middle Boys are tied for first with Pamlico, having split on the season.

We know that the Beaufort Middle Boys are for real and have a final shot at Pamlico, whom they took to overtime in the first game.

We know that the Morehead Middle Girls are a juggernaut.

We know that the BCMS Wrestlers are ahead of the pack.

We know that we owe Allison G. much gratitude for keeping up with the middle school scores and standings.

We know there is a lot we don’t know.
